PERMANENT RESIDENCE: This category is granted to people indefinitely, and its main requirement is to have first degree of kinship or consanguinity with a Costa Rican.

TEMPORARY RESIDENCE: This immigration category is granted to people who have been authorized to stay in the country indefinitely.

BUSINESS IMMIGRATION

Application of inclusion in the Company Registry of the Costa Rican Department of Immigration for companies that want to relocate executives, technicians, or trained staff.
