Lic. Bejarano is a specialist in Labor and Civil Law with over 38 years of experience. He is a deputy judge at the Second Court of the Supreme Court, and he was a deputy judge of the Constitutional Court. Lic. Bejarano studied at Washington University, St. Louis Missouri, U.S.A. Moreover, he was a member of the Drafting Commission of the Comprehensive Amendment of the Code of Labor of Costa Rica. Furthermore, Lic. Bejarano was the President of the Costa Rican Union of Lawyers and Former Company of the Ibero-American Association of Labor and Social Security Law. He has also written several articles published in Labor Law magazines and books. Lic. Bejarano is the legal counsel of the Board of Directors of the Banco Nacional de Costa Rica.
