External Adviser: Law degree from the University of Costa Rica in 1986. His thesis is entitled "The Use of Aircraft Agreement, Purchase and Charter in Aviation Law," which was rated with distinction and recommendation for publication. Since then he's been connected to the proper activity of the airlines on all matters of law which they relate, since labor law to his participation in bilateral relations in the same field. The Civil, Commercial, Corporate and Administrative Law are within their professional management of day to day. Mr. Ortiz has participated in numerous seminars and conferences on various subjects related to their field and has a specialization in Transport Law.
