Dr. Rodrí guez specializes in Public Law. She graduated as a Lawyer and Notary Public from the Universidad de Costa Rica. She was formerly a lawyer at the Attorney's General office, specializing in Administrative and Constitutional Law. She has graduate studies in Public Law at the Universidad de Costa Rica, and she got Ph.D. in Fundamental Rights at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, Spain. She has extensive litigation experience in areas such as Constitutional Law, Government Contracting, and Arbitration where the Government and Government agencies are parties.
