Lic. Rodrí guez specializes in Commercial and Tax Law. He got a Master's degree in Business and Tax Law from the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología. Lic. Rodríguez has extensive experience in companies, bargaining, arbitration, agreements, court-ordered collection proceedings, and business and tax issues. He has been a Law Arbitrator of the American Chamber of Commerce since 2002. He is a Member of the Legal Group for the XXI Century Strategy, Franklin Chang Díaz. He is a Member of the Association of Professionals in Intellectual Property in Costa Rica. He is a member of the Center for Tax Studies. He was President of C.I.S.V. (Children International Summer Villages) Association of Costa Rica from 1997 to 2000. He was the Students' General Attorney at the Universidad de Costa Rica and Director of La Toga Newspaper from the School of Law from the Universidad de Costa Rica.
